Product details

The Calima is the new thermal and all-round giant from Robbe. It features various attachable wings or tiplets, making the wingspan easily adjustable. It can be adapted to different conditions and the pilot's requirements. The pendulum elevator is simply held in place on the fuselage with magnets. The PNP version comes with pre-installed servos, an electrical connector, and original multilocks for wing security.

The flight characteristics can be described as extremely forgiving. The Calima can be flown as a slow thermal glider or, as an all-rounder, can also be maneuvered a bit more briskly.

The ready-covered wings are constructed from a Styrofoam core, fiberglass layers, Abachi sheeting, and a carbon fiber reinforced spar. The ratio of weight to strength has been optimally achieved.

The Calima is suitable for both beginners and advanced model pilots.
