Using this product eliminates the need for constant waxing and polishing. A single application allows for multiple releases after an initial preparation period during which the mold must be treated more frequently.

The release spray forms a monomolecular film that adheres to the mold surface and shows no affinity to the molded part. The film does not peel off and provides significant advancements in the plastics sector due to its excellent release properties.

The release spray is silicone-free and suitable for processing thermosetting resins, polyester (hot and cold forming), epoxy resins, and phenolic resins. Particularly when working with higher temperatures, flawless results can be achieved.

Before the first use of Semiperm® Monofilm release agent, the molds must be thoroughly cleaned of dirt and release agent residues. The application can be done by spraying, wiping, or brushing. Before starting production, it should be ensured that the film is completely dry. Semiperm® Monofilm release agent should be stirred or shaken before use.
