Revell Model Set Citroen 2CV

In 1948, the 2CV was presented to the public for the first time. Citroën offered a robust mass vehicle for the people with this minimalist, affordable small car that was easy to maintain and simple to operate, featuring an excellent suspension suited to the sparsely developed road network. Starting in 1981, when the 2CV had already become a cult object, a two-tone version was produced in series, the wine red and black 2CV 6 Charleston, followed by a yellow and black version in September 1982. Both were equipped with an air-cooled 0.6-liter two-cylinder boxer engine delivering 29 horsepower.

Faithfully reproduced body with fine surface textures. Separate, movable hood. Multi-part, detailed engine. Separate exhaust system. Detailed interior with dashboard, seats, and rear bench, can be built with either an open or closed roof, movable wheels, lower halves of the front side windows can be built either up or closed, various chrome parts including hubcaps, door handles, and headlights, rubber-like tires. Instructions and authentic decals with various license plates included.
