Remo Bass damper

The bass drum damping system offers various muffler sizes and a flexible mounting system to partially dampen bass drums without affecting the tuning or full vibration of the drum. The Adjustable Bass Drum Muffling System was developed in collaboration with Dave Weckl and includes a tubular cushion available in three different sizes. It is attached to the bottom of your bass drum shell with three adjustable aluminum C-clamps using Velcro. Since the damping system is independent of the actual drumhead, you can further customize your sound by exploring any combination of bass drumheads that Remo has to offer.
