The bearing flange of the support is machined with such precision that a secure hold is achieved by lightly pressing the ball bearing in place. The bearing support is not only suitable for use as an axle and shaft holder but is also very well suited for gearbox construction: By precisely aligning according to the required axle spacing, gearboxes of various dimensions can be created. By adding holes with or without threads, the bearing support can be mounted laterally or directly onto base plates.
