Plastic connection is broken, have given this product away twice and exactly the same for both people.
Unfortunately, even now the exchange is extremely tedious, as original packaging is required.
I assume it is a manufacturer's fault as I am not the only one it seems.

The plastic connection to the silicone strap also broke off on the second tracker. Since it is exactly the same spot, I suspect a manufacturing defect.
The functionality of the tracker is actually good (recognises about 50 % of bicycle journeys, others have even more difficulties, ...), but after a maximum of 2 months the attachment tears off, as others in this forum also report. Suggestion for a workaround: send all buyers a new part every month. It would be better to improve the product and also make the connection to the wristband out of metal, just like the basic body is already made.

Great tracker, classy design and even looks great on small/narrow wrists! Unfortunately, the wristband broke off after a month and so did part of the screen. Too bad, I would have expected more from it! Nevertheless, top product, previously had a Fitbit and am more satisfied with the Withings. Battery lasts easily 3 weeks + :)
Pulse HR has no major issues, but there are few things, why I would not buy it, despite incredible battery which easily lasted 2 weeks with daily workouts.
I bought this tracker because I already have Body+ scale from Withings and I was expecting to get some extra insight about my daily activities, sleep and so on. Unfortunately, there are not any advanced analytics of the sleep (only deep and light sleep) and not any recommendation about health, resting time, or other information from all those data which are collected. (sleep, steps, kcal, heart rate + all data from Body+ scale).
Personally, Pulse HR was a little bit annoying to wear because of the rubber strap which is always getting out from the loop and quality of the material is also not the best. In addition, after a less than month small crack appeared on the hinge and every day it was just getting bigger and bigger. I have found on the internet that it is a common issue with Pulse HR and they are providing free exchanges.
Although they would replace the tracker for a new one I have returned the device and I would buy something else.

There is no alternative for the Withings ecosystem anyway. Classy design.
I broke four of them. They all broke in the same place: where the strap attaches to the display
On the first watch, the connection between the strap and the display broke after about 1 month. With the replacement now after approx. 1 1/2 months. The function of the watch would be good but with such a construction error it is simply not usable.
Good with the latest update.
