I wanted to save money by buying a cheaper model. It's no longer bulky rubbish. And I'm delighted with the Vitamix every day, it really is the best in the business.

Starts sometimes, sometimes not
It was a Monday model from the start. It's a lottery whether the unit starts or not. I sent it in twice, received the same unit back twice and was told that it worked for them. Of course, this makes it easy for the service centre. The problem persists. I think I need a new appliance. Definitely not Vitamix again and nothing from frohkost.ch (service point).

For smoothies the perfect blender
I am very satisfied with the fineness of the smoothies. Also works very well for crushing nuts or seeds.

Chopped pleasure
Yes, quality has its price. But if you make a smoothie with this thing once, you can call yourself a "smooth operator" afterwards. I mean, level one to four is quite normal and even devices for 45 Stutz can do that. But after that, from level 5 to 10 is warp drive.
In short, it's fun to work with and the result is always a pleasure. I hope it lasts 10 years!Pro
