Pännli full of soot
The pans get totally black and you have to be careful not to get full of soot when cleaning them.
Too bad, otherwise they would be great. Something is wrong with the distance to the pan or the quality of the pans is poor.Pro

I don't find the thing useful.
Not perfect but practical
Practical, but you need to have time because it heats up very slowly.
It's perfect if you want to cut down on cheese consumption as you'll have time to stop making it before you've melted 3 slices.
So recommend it to dieters or people watching their cholesterol.
I wouldn't recommend it for gluttons ;)Works
Don't clean the black charcoal by hand, you can hardly get your fingers clean. Put something non-flammable under the pan for warmth, but also because of the charcoal, which you don't want on the table.

- A lot of black, fine charcoal is produced under the pan
Super practical!
Please note that 2x 4 tealights are absolutely necessary for an optimal functioning and not 2x 2 tealights.
