Beautiful design, miserable quality
Looks great, but has already reached the end of its life after about a year (with heavy use). The container leaks and can no longer be used. Since the warranty was still running, the part went back to Galaxus and was completely replaced for me. After a year now again the same problem with the new device. To have it replaced again is too stupid for me and a replacement container costs over CHF 100. Unfortunately, this seems to be a problem of SMEG in general - with the coffee machine that we also have, the handle of the container broke off after a little more than a year. Therefore: If the products should not only look nice, but are actually used, they are unfortunately not recommended.

Is not tight
From the first use, the blender was leaky: liquid runs out of the bottom and the gearbox is almost impossible to clean.
It is also louder than average.
Update:
Galaxus replaced the container free of charge under warranty: I received a completely new blender. It is now 1 year and 1 month old, the warranty has expired and it no longer works (and yes, the new container was also leaking from day 1)Pro

Mixes well... but
I received the mixer from my best friend via Galaxus. At first I thought "Wow, perfect, goes with the toaster" But for the price I really expected more.
1. the container is made of plastic and 2. it is not leak-proof. When mixing, it leaks slightly at the bottom. That means you have to clean it intensively or mould will set in!
Too bad! I have now bought the Philips Avance Collection (1400 W) and this is just perfect!Pro
