Defective on Arrival
I ordered a refurbished machine. It was leaked upon arrival, then failed to turn on within one day. I returned it and eventually after several weeks I was given a refund.

Practical washing machine
Simple, practical washing machine without a lot of frills. Really good for the low price. Runs very quietly and uses little energy and water. The 12-minute programme is practical for washing lightly soiled laundry quickly. Spin at 1400 rpm dries the laundry very well. The steam function is not a substitute for the tumble dryer, but it does make the laundry a little softer.

but, it has preset programmes, there is no
washing at 25/30 min, there's too short 12' or too long 60' .
almost all have the short wash at 25 - 30 minutes, 12 minutes seems too short to me. if not there is 60' but that is too long.
unfortunately I don't like it.
The spin cycle at 800 already moves too much (unstable), since it goes up to 1400.
