    Very comfortable

Am glad to have gotten me the chair before the arranged home office. If the work now seamlessly into the game session, I can also sometimes 20h remain seated without needing a rollator the next day.

    Pro

    • comfortable
    • good supports

    Contra

    • Armrests had to be screwed over because otherwise much too far forward.

Functional - but with clear shortcomings

Too bad ... Despite the many positive reviews, I am personally disappointed. The material looks high quality and the assembly works thanks to the detailed instructions quickly and easily.
Afterwards, however, I had to find
out that the backrest no longer comes up itself after lowering. So you have to stand up and manually pull the backrest up again. The (completely simple) spring mechanism is probably simply not effective enough or, in the case of my model, defective from the factory.
What I find quite silly is that I have an "autograph" on the top of the backrest. Looks like an employee wanted to immortalize himself here....

    Pro

    • Quickly assembled, good material quality

    Contra

    • The backrest does not come back up by itself after putting it back.
    • The "immortalization" of the employee by autograph (backrest) is very disturbing

    Impossible without improvements

After much back and forth for the Sharkoon decided, thrilled with the offer. Upon delivery, the first shock, the backrest is broken off when taking out of the package. Assembled the chair as the old one had already been disposed of. Digitec contacted - and no feedback received.

Chair still defective, after a long time just had enough - From a friend get a mounting adhesive, and the backrest fixed again, since digitec was not able to process the order -> the right backrest is now no longer adjustable to angle and forward back position -> but holds again.

Then after about 2 weeks, the chair has started to squeak incredibly -> tighten screws did not help -> had to be lubricated with wd40, now goes again einigermassen.

Conclusion: After 2 repair works the new product so modified that it just goes so, the price is therefore for the Qulität and the effort quite high - Sharkoon gets 1 star, Digitec gets minus 100 stars for the underground service, because my request has not yet been answered.

    Pro

    • Comfortable
    • No artificial leather but breathable fabric
    • Design
    • Assembly

    Contra

    • Broke when unpacking
    • Squeaks enormously (not bearable without relubrication)
    • Wobbly after a while
    • Customer service from Digitec disappointing
    • Rocking mechanism despite the finest setting for me too much resistance
