    Out of 37 hard disks, 5 disks have failed within 1 1/2 years.

    Out of 37 hard disks, 5 disks have failed within 1 1/2 years. The hard disks were installed in a NAS. Average temperature 35-38 degrees. Never again Seagate IronWolf.

    holy fuck ma ears! Maybe for the rack but not for the home NAS...

    hmmm quite nice the disks, but when you start to write something to the NAS a grasshopper/frog-Godzilla comes out! The crunching noise is really much too loud to be used anywhere except in a server room....
    leave it alone!     :-)

    Good product

    Large capacity and high performance. You can hear it scratching, which can be a disadvantage if you are at the show for example. Check the type of NAS used, at QNAP for example there is no anti-vibration silicon support and this resonates on the NAS.
