TV was delivered broken and not replaced
We ordered the TV and left it in its original packaging until it was installed by an electrician with a wall mount. After switching it on, we realised that the screen was broken. 20 cm on the right side completely destroyed pixels and also other stripes in the picture. This was reported, feedback Galaxus: We should report it to our liability insurance company, as we had exceeded the 5-day return period due to shipping damage and the defect was not a warranty case because it was "caused by external influences". We should report it to our liability insurance company. I am speechless. The appliance was delivered damaged and now I'm supposed to tell my insurance company: I didn't break it, but I'd like to run it through my liability insurance...
