Good TV, fast delivery
I have ordered the device on Wednesday as a replacement of LG TV which was working for me for the last 12 years. The new Samsung was delivered on Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I was trying to set it up. During this time I realized that 12 years is a lot in term of new technologies progress. :)
The remote control, switching between different signal sources, the number of various options - all of these are different now. But the biggest problem was simply setting up the free-to-air TV channels. The TV stubbornly refused to find them. The old TV found about 90 free channels provided by my provider (Sunrise). After calling Sunrise, I learned that new TVs do not have a built-in receiver, so to receive the signal, I need to purchase an external receiver from Sunrise. Don’t listen to the specialists from Sunrise. The TV does have a receiver. After numerous attempts, I managed to solve the problem. At the very beginning of the device installation, there is a choice of the country. Instead of Switzerland, I selected Germany and immediately found more than a hundred TV channels and over 300 radio channels. I don’t know how to explain it. Maybe Samsung or Sunrise think that Bern is in Germany. After all, the TV was set up. It works perfectly. The remote control takes some getting used to.Pro

Familiar quality from Samsung
I need the TV in the room.
But it could also easily decorate the living room.
I'm already used to Samsung, so I find the operation very intuitive and clear. I'm not convinced by the game mode, but that's probably because my PC's graphics card is too weak.
The delivery was very negative.
It took a miserably long time and when I enquired, I was met with a blank stare. This logistics company does not fit in with Digitec at all.Pro

Price-performance ratio is right
I am satisfied with the TV for 55' QLED at this price you can't say anything. The sound could be better but is perfectly fine for the average consumer. Installation went great, delivery was super fast.

I had an old 32" TV for the last few years, so the change was huge. I am more than satisfied! The picture quality is excellent, the colours are rich and the sound is very good. As I didn't have a smart TV before, it's just great to have all the options. I can adjust the brightness, contrast etc. myself. The TV has a sleep timer, really nice!

Smart TV but no PVR function
Attention this TV has no PVR function as it is not intended for our region with the country code XXH. This is also shown by google if you enter the whole name. Only pages from Eastern Europe come up. Galaxus should make it clear to the end customer what the country code means.

Subtitle channel list software
I got the TV for my hobby parents-in-law. Of course. Replaced a 20-year-old TV with a new one that doesn't even have basic functions.
1. software sluggish, overloaded, cumbersome
2. remote control is rubbish for older people
3. channels via cable TV can be sorted, but not numbered! What a load of rubbish... so the third channel is now channel 35, which of course cannot be controlled with remote control button no. 3!
4. subtitles and audio description activated by default for every channel and every programme... are you still there Samsung! Internet is full of such topics.
Completely unusable as a stand-alone solution via cable TV.
I still have 2 frames at home, which also run more badly than right. Samsung software is just rubbishPro

Always reliable
I use them in art spaces and have ordered quite a few. The samsung screens do their job, the qLed is pleasant. And after having them transported by somewhat rough carriers, the cardboard picked up a bit, but no damage was done to the screens.
