Good shredders

The shredder is relatively small, relatively quiet and relatively stylish. It fits well next to the wastepaper basket under the desk (in my case).
It can also last quite a long time without overheating and likes 12 pages, as promised, at best even a little more, in exceptional cases (you don't count the pages).
Since the paper shred drawer opens to the front (as opposed to the top), there is always a mess because the shredded papers are still hanging off the shredder blades, so the drawer often jams when you pull it out and only comes out after shaking and jarring. In the process, numerous pieces of paper fall behind the drawer and are pulled out with it. So always clean up with a shovel and broom. Because there are always (more) pieces of paper in the drawer, the drawer can no longer be pushed in without first being cleaned. The problem can (only) be reduced somewhat by emptying the drawer early. In my experience, however, every shredder leaves paper shreds behind when it is emptied (similar to confetti). more
