This is a cool-looking truly wonderful product for experienced quad pilots
This is an excellent well-designed and well-made novelty product for experienced pilots, not one to learn to fly quads with and too risky around small kids and pets .... though it does look "cute". As a Physicist plus Engineer with MBA in Prdn.Mgmt., I have spend years working in the Chinese factories designing and producing toy RC planes, helis and quadcopters ... in fact 2 of mine sold by Spin Master helped start the worldwide quad craze ... so my evaluation should have some merit.
In short .. I LOVE it!
Tips: for long life because fully charged LIPOs will quickly heat and degrade small motors due to excessive bushing friction requiring more power .. which a fully-charged LIPO provides, after each charge make the 1st flight only ca. 30 sec., let cool for a minute, then next ones less than 1 min each., cooling in between (feel the motors).
Because of its momentum and the strongly damping AS stabilization, just start it moving then let it coast on its own, then apply correction in time. Watch real vids of space-walks in space to see how this works with steering jets. Best control in a room is using "speed" level 2 and no farther than 2 m away. Axial pirouettes in "speed" 3 are insanely fast but not smart in small spaces.
It is possible to steer it a bit off vertical during "auto-launch" but NOT stop it as it shoots up 1.5m like a rocket after which it is controllable. Quickly pulling the left throttle control down is much faster and more effective than "auto-land" ... and is controllable.

I was looking for a successor for the Nano fliers, which were bought here 1 year ago. Unfortunately, they are no longer available. So I was looking for new low-priced quadros.
These are definitely not for me. You have to start by pressing a button, then the object rises into the air, uncontrollable. After that you should be able to control it. Should be...but you can't. Although I have experience, I could not control the flying object at any time.
I have found another product that meets my expectations perfectly! Also available here, same price range.Pro

Caution dangerous, do not buy!
I ordered these mini drones and I am not satisfied. The drone almost caught fire the first time I loaded it. (Attached are the pictures). I then got a replacement, of course. (That was super easy! Positive!).
The second drone does charge, but in my opinion only for a very short time. Therefore the flight time of stopped 1min 42sec is very low. (Maybe another Monday product?)
