Switch on via wrist...
I'm not writing a review here, just a tip:
To save battery, the display switches off quickly.
You can switch it on either with a tiny push button on the side or - as it says (wrongly) in the instructions:" ... I have tried this in all ways and the device switches on maybe 1x maybe 2x maybe not at all out of 10 turns ... Purely by chance as the other review says correctly.
But without this switch on function it seems to me that the device is almost unusable, as you can only bring it to life via a WINZY little button on the side. I have already registered my device as a warranty case...
Now I happened to read on the net (pdamax.de) that you have to LIFT YOUR ARM AND turn your wrist to switch it on. As if you were looking at a clock." .... and poof IT WORKS!!!
Hope I could help a few buyers a bit.

Had to replace a well-functioning A360 with an A370 only because the battery could no longer be charged due to a defective USB port.

Very easy to set up, very light and quick to recharge.
Good watch, but I think the Polar Flow app has room for improvement.

Very nice heart rate monitor
If the pulsmer is permanently switched on, the battery only lasts one day.

I like it very much as a newcomer to jogging
Basically a good device. Comfortable to wear and the activity tracker actually works well. Tendentially, a higher activity level is achieved through the heart rate measurement. Like most trackers, the A370 also has problems with motorcycling, where I always get horrendously high activity levels.
Unfortunately, the sync with the app does not work with the location service switched off on the smartphone. In addition, the Flow app only allows an app to be put on the notification block list after it has already sent a notification. And: after a new pairing, they all have to be set again.

Compact watch that records the pulse accurately. In any case, it is sufficient for my requirements.
The sleep recording is quite informative and works.
The short battery life is bearable because you take the watch off from time to time, especially when it is wet.
The watch also works well when swimming; the pulse is measured and displayed even in water.
I bought this activity tracker after my old Fitbit gave up the ghost after two years.
So far I'm really happy with this watch and I think the price is very fair!

The Polar A370 does what it should, reliably and understandably!

I previously had the Polar A360 and switched to the A370 primarily because of the wristband and continuous heart rate measurement. My evaluation is therefore primarily a comparison with the A360.
What is particularly annoying is the significantly worse sleep measurement. If I wake up in the morning but stay in bed and also play around with the mobile phone, the A370 evaluates this as part of sleep. The A360 has recognised this and does not count this time phase as sleep. Only when I get up does the A370 realise that I am no longer asleep....

Good activity tracker. Essential functions, quite simple menu. Polar Flow also nice with good view of continuous HR. Activity with GPS (from Polar Flow) battery high usage.

I tried to set the alarm clock... and it doesn't work...
I am very satisfied with the Polar. The Polar is very comfortable to wear and doesn't get in the way during sports.
At night there is a silent mode so that the display does not light up unintentionally.
The wrist movement only shows the display randomly, I use the button on the side for this, which doesn't bother me much.
In sports use, the watch is very accurate and can withstand a lot. I have already been in the sea, lakes and pool with the watch. The watch has also withstood everything on a mountain bike. Mud splashes are no problem, and the watch has also survived falls without scratches so far. It is great that you can define different sport profiles. When you select a sport, the watch starts recording immediately without having to make any settings.
In everyday life, the watch records the steps and warns me if I have not been active for a certain time. The missing GPS doesn't bother me because I can combine it with the mobile phone. I don't need the GPS for everyday life, only the steps are interesting for me.
I find the sleep mode interesting and it records sleep relatively accurately, only short breaks in sleep are not recorded by the device or it doesn't give a report.
The app for the watch is ok, the transmission is very reliable. I have only had to reset the connection once so far.
The data can be viewed in more detail on the Polar website.
For the heart rate in sports, I recommend the combination with the chest strap, as the heart rate is recorded more accurately.
If you want to record routes, you can combine this with the mobile phone, otherwise I use another sports watch.
I have not yet needed the insert for messages on the display.
