I still cannot figure out how Samsung is the best selling TV brand in Switzerland when it doesn't even support Dolby Vision. For the same price, the Philips OLED has outstanding picture quality and supports every HDR version including Dolby Vision and HDR10+. In this world where everything gets copied (think iPhone and Android), it boggles my mind that Philips has complete control of the Ambilight technology and no one else has copied it. Ambilight is not just a gimmick feature - it's amazing. When you are sitting in a dark room while the whole wall lights up and dynamically follows the colors on the screen, you're just blown away. I would never buy a TV without this feature again.

The quality and the Ambilight are really great. At night, we don't really need any more light in the living room because of the Ambilight. The price / performance is great.
I have criticism for the EasyLink, which in my opinion does not work as it should. Switching off means switching off. The EasyLink via the HDMI only puts the TV or the third device into standby mode and is therefore unusable for me. It's a shame that SONY manages this better with the PS5, for example, where the TV actually went off when the PS was switched off.
I also find the remote control very long for the available buttons. A lot of empty space, which could certainly have been designed better.

Last generation of Phillips TVs with Ambilight & HUE

It's just a TV and I never use most of the functions anyway. Set it up once and it should work. And it does. And since I only know this new Smart TV, I can't make any comparisons. I'm satisfied.

Have had this TV for about 8 months now and am extremely satisfied! It is mainly used for gaming (I think the PS5 can be used to its full potential) and streaming.
The disadvantages are more of a detail:
Cable cover: cannot be closed cleanly. I have 2 rather thick HDMI cables in the ARC/120Hz sockets, which prevent the clean closure of the cover (if someone knows a solution I am very happy!).
Screensaver: although theoretically customisable via a hidden menu via Google, the screensaver is always overwritten by the Philips logo again. This seems to be a software error or simply insufficiently solved in my opinion.
