    Cable kinked

    The cable had several kinks. It was sent in a simple envelope and was probably maltreated during transport. I will see if it still works

    Works as expected

    The ribbon cable included with the Pi Camera is too short for many applications (~10cm).
    With this cable is possible to have the camera further from the Raspberry Pi board, for instance embedded in a 3D printer to check live     the printing process.
