Wrong priorities in the "designers" and in the manufacturing. Product could have been brilliant, but is disappointing in everyday life due to cheap-looking elements and the useless accessories.
After a few months I have to say that the chair is also only moderately good.
I, 1.86, 80kg, sit comfortably and the chair does its job, but ultimately the money is invested in the wrong place.
The Hero looks good, also seems very stable and well processed by the weight, but it is not. I compare here with "good office chairs" which you can also get in the range of 400.
What disturbs?
- The processing / quality of the supplied cushions, the levers to adjust is absolutely insufficient. The levers fall off easily, are too large and were probably not adapted for the Hero.
The cushions fit, strictly speaking, not at all around the chair, respectively then lie in positions that are ergonomically incorrect. Shifting is only temporary, ie over an evening for me the cushions are unusable, as the investment in good control levers would have brought more.
- The processing of the mechansichen parts (switches and levers to adjust the armrests) is underground. Everything rattles and nothing is stepless (!).
- Stability : The chair is de facto built wrong. If you put the backrest back more than 'a little', due to the very heavy backrest of the Hero, the center of gravity shifts too far back and it can be knocked over with a slight impulse. Is not so bad, because the tank survives the fall easily, but hopefully no one is sitting there right now, otherwise >30kg fall on him.
So seen, I can not recommend at all and regret the money not to have spent in a specialty store for a proper office chair.

Comfortable chair, easy assembly, but too high. Any "normal" will need the short gas spring.
Are all gamers giants? Or why is the chair for me with 176cm even in the lowest level too high? Why noblechairs does not think here of the "normal" user and delivers the chair as standard with the short gas spring? Otherwise, very easy to assemble been. Somewhat annoying are the push buttons on the armrests to move them inwards or outwards, because there you like to hang on with your pants pockets.

The chair is very comfortable, the possible adjustments will satisfy the majority, the quality is irreproachable and the finishing is really top. The only drawback is that the seat of the chair can become quite hard after a long non-stop use (5-6h). For me, the price may seem high, but it is totally justified.
