The Package was already opened
I order Moog Subsequent 37 from your company (Digitec), and i must express my disappointment with the condition in which it arrived. Upon delivery, I found the package has already been opened, leading to uncertainty regarding whether the item was new or used. And also EU power cable wasn’t provided. This experience has unfortunately diminshed my confidence in the quality and security of your delivery process. I hope that this feedback can help improve future shipments and ensure a more reliable service for other customers.
