After a few years of use, the machine still performs like when purchased, confirming the durability of Miele's products. The Machine is silent, easy to operate and has multiple washing programs to chose from. The software is easy to use, despite some flaws.
The washing performance is good, but not great IMO, we had few instances where clothing was ruined despite selecting the delicate program or where the laundry was stinking immediately after the wash (I suspect due to software issues and TwinDos).
We always used the Miele TwinDos system, we try to clean the machine filters once a month and keep everything clean, but the machine some times does some weird stuff and the result of that is our laundry stinks. The twinDos system works, but sometimes it does not recognize how much detergent is left or it seems to not take enough of it. There is an option to tell the machine how much detergent is left in the twinDos bottles, but this one is only available on the app and not on the machine.
The first configuration of the machine with the app was confusing, the way you connect the appliance to the app is cumbersome and not easy, the machine code and identification Tag is placed on the most stupid place of the machine, where the door closes so the sticker wore off after some time, you don't even get the machine ID and serial number in the software of the machine (like any other device on the planet these days).
The machine overall is a good machine, the price is high, but it has some very dumb design flaws that ruin the experience and performance.

We are satisfied with the product. Also, the lifter, installation and customer service from Sertronics was flawless and very helpful. The support and customer service from Digitec was tedious and not customer friendly. We ordered the washing machine on 27/11/2020 along with a laundry dryer. Delivery details within the next 10 days. At the beginning of December, the delivery status was postponed a first time. Further postponements followed. Customer service at Digitec was always friendly, but did not take our request for a quick delivery seriously. Callbacks from employees with decision-making authority came delayed or not at all. Concrete delivery dates never followed. Only after repeated instieren, was searched for a replacement product - unfortunately unsuccessfully. At the beginning of February, the washing machine finally arrived. At first, Digitec wanted to charge for a separate delivery. After lengthy discussions with several agents, the washing machine was delivered in mid-February. At the same time, we asked where the dryer was and whether there was an alternative solution. There would have been one, but again the customer would have had to pay the extra price, as the products had become more expensive in the meantime. Finally, 9 days later, the dryer was delivered.
Conclusion: Devices top, Sertronics service top, Digitec services in need of improvement and not customer-friendly but very process-oriented.
