This Mammut Lithium 15L is a good day pack, comfortable to wear. The bottle mesh holders work well. They hold about maximum a 9cm diameter bottle, which is enough. Love the hiking poles holder. Useful for attaching other things like a jacket, towel or many other things. I don't like a waist belt unless for bigger packs. I am glad it is removable. Rain cover is useful.
The bad...
Why 3 stars? Well my biggest complaint is access to the items at the bottom of the pack. When it's full, you have to take everything out in order to access the items at the bottom. I wish the zippers went down more to have a clamshell opening. That way it would be much easier to take things in and out. This I think is a major design flaw.
Another design flaw, the pack tapers in towards the bottom therefore making it difficult to use the main compartment for A4 paper folders. It works but it's tight. Why not just make it the same width all the way down?
The zipper seems a bit fragile, we'll see over time.
My other 12L pack has a bit more room than this Mammut Lithium 15L. Is it really 15L?
It is very close to being the perfect day pack.

Mammut Lithium 15 l is exactly what I need for short trips or hikes. Easy to carry with the essentials. Fits exactly. I previously had the 12 litre, but it was a bit small. The additional 3 litres are just right without making the rucksack too big and heavy.
