  Actually great, not user-friendly in all respects

  The appliance does make my life a little easier! And I don't regret having bought it. It still doesn't clean itself, but it's a bit easier. I opted for the more expensive version because of the CH plug. It's annoying that the steam switch on the handle is too close to the vacuum switch and you sometimes switch off the vacuum cleaner or change the suction power when you want to steam. In addition, the cable storage space is very poorly organised. The instructions are also poor, I had to search for YouTube videos before using it for the first time... more
