Excellent product
Factory PIN code = 1234 (no need to ask Diigitec / Galaxus). Great product, nothing to complain about!
Quality and customer service Husqvarna does not match the product price
Charging station broke in the 3rd year. Instead of being accommodating, Husqvarna insists that the warranty has expired. Enormously expensive repair. Conclusion: Husqvarna price is not worth it. Better to buy a cheaper model

Registration & PIN code by Galaxus does not work - useless!
Despite repeated assurances, the registration & PIN code transmission on the part of Galaxus does not work - device is therefore unusable! Too bad, as loyal Galaxus customers we are not used to such a helpless service so far...

PIN code & delivery contents
The robotic lawnmower comes without a PIN code. You need to ask Digitec's online service for it.
It's important to give them the serial number. For the 305 model, the serial number is on the handle, just above the main switch.
Digitec will then send you the PIN code, which you can change straight away!
The robotic lawnmower is delivered WITHOUT cable, WITHOUT cable fixing, WITHOUT cable end-piece and WITHOUT cable connector. Order separately depending on the length of cable you need: 150 m kit: N° 5683449. 250 m kit: N° 5683450. 400 m kit: No. 5683451.
The protective cover (N° 5810833) is also NOT supplied.

Unbelievable! You buy a device, pay for it, but can't put it into operation because you don't have a PIN. You have to apply for a PIN after receiving the device. That's not possible - never again Husqvarna, they are very expensive anyway.
