Also suitable for gaming (evaluation with speed test)
I bought this product because the Huawei B315 was too slow. It was tested via the Swisscom LTE/4G network. It was connected via a LAN cable.
B315: ↓42Mbps ↑46Mbps
B525: ↓92Mbps ↑46Mbps
Samsung S8: ↓155Mbps ↑54Mbps
Huawei Mate 10 Pro: ↓145Mbps ↑25Mbps
Ping always around 25 - 30ms for both.
It is possible to play via this LTE router without any problems.Pro

Contra
- worse connection than on a modern mobile phone
Somehow the SIM card doesn't quite work and there's no adapter included, but otherwise cool.
It took about 15 attempts, an unholy ritual and my firstborn to get the thing working. But then it worked great.

- Theoretically easy to operate
- I like Huawei
- 10 devices and a livestream on Twitch work simultaneously with it
Contra
- No SIMAdapter
- Commissioning was more difficult than it should have been
SMBv1 and cannot be changed, otherwise a good router for plugging in and surfing.
The Samba share runs under SMBv1, very outdated, insecure and does not work under Windows 10 by default.
The product cannot be found on the Huawei pages... Huawei seems to be quite indifferent to this security problem, this is the answer from the technical support:

+fast internet, simple operation, fast and uncomplicated installation.
Fulfils its purpose. I am satisfied with it. Had extreme trouble with Asus. I'm glad I bought the Huawei now.
Great Mobile W-lan Dispenser!
As I had a free SIM card from Swisscome, I bought this product. It works very well and has not had any interference. I mostly use it in my holiday flat.
