Need the stylus for my HP Spectre x360 and the connection keeps getting lost.... as well as the buttons not working properly.

I bought the pen together with an HP convertible. I had researched the convertible, found it to be good and then chose a pen from the same company.
I assumed that the accessories would only show pens that are compatible with the selected convertible. Or even more customer-orientated: an HP pen must work with an HP convertible. Well, far from it: the pen works for all my colleagues, but not for me. But the convertible is not defective. When I pressed the support button on the supplied convertible, the pen appeared and it worked. It could have worked better. It's not even the pen's fault that it only gets one point from me.

I have been using this pen for 2 weeks and it works less than not. It destroys my notes in which it writes even though I have lifted it from the screen. It keeps writing up to 0.5cm away from the screen. Hp doesn't want you to know this, but the Surface Pen works exactly the same with the new Hp laptops and is better in everything.

I have an older Spectre x360 notebook. On the HP product page, the pen is advertised as compatible with Spectre x360 notebooks. However, it is only compatible with a selection of newer x360 notebooks. The list can be found here: https://www.hp.com/ch-de...
I recommend comparing this, although the HP advert claims further compatibility...
