All right, but could be better
I only use the laptop as a replacement and for the few things I can't do with my Macbook. The device is quite ok for that. The PL ratio is right, the performance is good. The fan starts up extremely quickly and is correspondingly loud. Otherwise, the cheap-looking plastic materials bother me, but this is certainly also due to the price. For approx. 900 Fr. promotional price just OK, but I would certainly not spend more for it.

Excellent product but ...
Very happy with this item but extremely disappointed with the treatment by the Computacenter repair centre in Dietikon. The computer (fan) broke down 2.5 years later but I had unfortunately taken a 3 year warranty. After returning the item, I contacted both Galaxus and Computacenter regularly to follow up on the repair. Computacenter initially had trouble finding the item for a few days, despite the proof of delivery, due to a "system fault".
Then it turned out that the item would be damaged and after days and days of waiting and reminders, the centre sent me photos of the computer with several defects that did not exist at the time of shipping. The google reviews of this company are well detailed and helpful in this regard.
The customer and after sales services of Galaxus were very kind and helpful and I am grateful for their assistance.
All in all one risks being without a computer for weeks, if not forever.Pro
