Expensive gadget, poor price-performance ratio
This is my first window cleaning robot, and my expectations may have been set a bit too high. The cleaning performance is what you can expect when you wipe a very lightly moistened microfiber cloth several times over a window pane. So light pollen is removed, fingerprints or driving rain stains, however, only poorly.
The time required to prepare and place or reposition the device does not justify the cleaning performance in my opinion.
The additional spray function, from which I had hoped for a lot, is a nice USP, but at the same time very fiddly when refilling. (Spray liquid must first be filled into a special vial, and then 2 x 20 ml must be placed into two tiny, separated chambers with 3-4 mm openings with rubber stoppers).
Conclusion: With a Einwascher and gescheiten window vacuum cleaner (eg Kärcher) the work is done much faster and more thoroughly. If you still want to use a Fe-Pu robot to optimize the cleaning performance or to polish with a microfiber cloth, a cheaper model without spray function is probably just as good.
The "value" of the device corresponding to the cleaning performance is subjectively around CHF 150.

For me, it is normal that heavy soiling has to be pre-treated first. On the whole, a good product that makes life easier, especially if you have windows at a height of 5.20 metres. I was able to buy this product from daydeal.ch for CHF 250.

Software is unsuitable
Even after the software update, the appliance does not do what is printed on the operating instructions when you press the buttons on the remote control. Hobot does what it wants and usually doesn't even realise when the window has been cleaned.
Absolutely disappointing
Our windows were nicer before than after.
Instead of cleaning anything, the robot doesn't even get rid of water stains or fingerprints, let alone any actual dirt.
And it leaves such extreme streaks that everything is even worse than before.
The only plus point is that it encourages you to clean the windows afterwards, because the windows look really awful.
