probably the best tv card for dvb-c ever!
has been running continuously for 10+ years and records several programmes a day
the wintv software is rubbish, i first ran it via dvb-link in windows 7 media centre and switched to nextpvr and kodi after switching to windows 10
what's really cool is that if one of the tuners is on a certain frequency, you can record from ALL channels on that frequency at the same time
this means that if tuner 1 has 4 channels on its frequency, tuner 2 has 8 channels, tuner 3 has 5 channels and tuner 4 has 10 channels, you can record programmes from 27 channels at the same time (but you should definitely use nvme memory and a pci 4.0 connection, otherwise the recordings will not be clean)

Works perfectly with Plex, all 4 channels can be used. Fulfils its purpose for FreeTV / DVR / Recording / Live-TV via PleX tiptop
Not suitable for servers
After more than 12 years of good experience with DigitalDevices, I wanted to use Happauge in the server. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a bad buy. Neither in a SuperMicro nor in an IBM server can the card with DVB streamer be played. With the SuperMicro, the stream stops after a few seconds, IBM always restarts with NMI.
Tests are still pending with HPE servers, but I am already disappointed.
On the internet you can find a workaround with "debug=7", but this fills the logs (500MB of logs within a few minutes). Ergo, one has to filter the logs and thus ends up with unnecessary additional work.
For those who say "It's designed for the desktop": You hardly need 4x tuners for the desktop, do you?Pro

I use it with DVBViewerExcellent product!
This card works on all European cable networks including Switzerland (UPC). Automatic channel scan in five minutes. HD or UHD resolution. Possibility to record four channels at the same time. Comes with very good software.
