Having a B560M-HDV motherboard and an i5-1140F, I had to switch to a custom XMP profile to get all the juice out of it (from an auto frequency (cap at 2666) to a personal one of 3200); once that was done, I'm very satisfied with the result!

O.K.
Unfortunately, mine does not clock at 3200 but "only" at 2999 MTS, although everything is set correctly.
However, this may also be due to the mainboard.
I've only had one problem so far, which was again due to the mainboard.
Furthermore, the RAM sometimes causes problems in the browser with loading windows. Everything works when gaming.
Quality also leaves a lot to be desired.
