In summer, I like to grill outdoors on a gas barbecue. This contact grill, which can be heated on both sides, is a good alternative in the cold season.
The meat stays tender and gets a nice grill pattern. Even chestnuts
can be cooked and are crisp and unburnt.

If the temperature control could be adjusted, there would be nothing more to complain about. It really is a great sandwich toaster with grill option.
