More appearance than reality
The watch does what it is supposed to do: Display time, count steps, measure heart rate, analyse sleep. However, the details are lacking: without regular reboots, it hangs up at some point (a problem that my previous Fitbit also had), there is no snore detection, although a microphone is built in. And above all: none of the countless apps are available with the Sense2. Not even a simple calculator can be installed on it. I wouldn't buy a Fitbit again.

I think the watch is great. It's already my 3rd Fitbit. Unfortunately, I seem to have an allergy to the strap and I think that's a shame. I didn't have this problem with the previous watches, although they also had plastic straps.

I have been using Fotbit for years,
I get up in the morning and with it I always know what time it is, up close I see badly, with this dial I always see the time even without glasses
I love the constant heartbeat detection, this model also has ECG function I haven't tried it yet
Second thing I love, the sleep detection, the three stages of sleep, I find that it is always very accurate
I find the application complete, I preferred the old graphics, but it's just a matter of habit.
It's light, the new strap is comfortable and unobtrusive, I would have preferred there to be more colours to choose from.
You can choose various sports and start them directly from the phone, but you can also enter them via the app, in case you forget to start the sport from the watch.
It tracks the minutes in the Zone even without having started the workout.

Simple and beautiful
I bought this Fitbit sense 2 for me and my daughter to monitor our sleep rhythm, it has everything you need. Works great

I've had Fitbit watches for years, but unfortunately the Sense 2 doesn't work.
App deleted and reloaded, Sense 2 registered, deleted and registered again several times. Paired several times, worked but didn't last. The Fitbit symbol constantly appears on the display instead of the time. I have now sent the watch back, unfortunately, as it is very nice and comfortable to wear.Pro

No apps
There are no 3rd party apps. Google wallet provides only payment functionality - GooglePay, but not customer cards with QR or barcode. Standard apps are very, very limited. And most of well being functionalities require premium license (unlike competitor). This is definitely a sunset of once good product.

To monitor your health
I replaced a Fitbit Versa that broke down with the Sense 2 to get the ECG. I'm happy with it.

Software naja
I found Fitbit to be massively better than Samsung, but Fitbit (even before google) has come to a standstill in development. Feature enhancements are completely ignored by support, bugs pile up instead of becoming fewer. I personally would not choose Fitbit again. I also find the Sense functions not really useful. The watch has never told me anything useful about my health. (whether I'm getting sick or something like that)

Works great!
The watch with the Fitbit app is excellent. It provides detailed data on the sleep cycle, exercise regime (showing when you are in a fat-burning state), HRV, and pulse; it is also easy to do food journaling as you can easily scan the bar code. The premium membership provides wellness reports, mindfulness and breathwork sessions, video workouts, recipes, and more.
