Still very few functions available for rotary knobs
I already have a normal streamdeck and bought this part a few weeks ago. It is already noticeably bigger. I use the stream decks mainly as a productivity booster (don't stream or game).
I like the stand better, even if you can't adjust the angle. The underside is not slip-proof enough, so you have to help it out yourself.
I like the combination of the mini-touch display and the rotary controls, which has a lot of potential. However, it has to be said that not many functions are currently available for the rotary controls and some of them were a little error-prone at the very beginning, which has now improved.
I hope Elgato and the plug-in community will deliver more features especially for the knobs.Pro

I've also only been using the Streamdeck Plus for a short time, and mainly only to switch profiles on the Streamdeck XL, so I may not be a good reference.
The buttons are less sensitive than those on the XL, so I sometimes have to press more often or harder to get them to respond.
Rubber from the stand is not rubbery enough, or the support surface of the stand is generally convex, which means that when you try to press a button, it turns the whole thing on its axis.
Price is almost a bit expensive for the 8 buttons you get, but the range of functions is quite good, and more pages can also be reached by swiping on the screen, practically like the Loupedeck live. No other buttons have to be sacrificed for this.
Volume adjustment, e.g. in OBS for audio sources, works well with the rotary controls. The dB value and a "progress indicator" are also visible on the screen.
In my opinion, the Streamdeck Plus is also well integrated into the Elgato Ecosystem.Pro

I couldn't test it for long. I still have it, but packed. So this is purely about the hardware.
I ordered it from the Elgato site on day one and when it arrived I was appalled at the workmanship of the device and the quality of the materials used. Every button press feels "mushy". You can press the buttons halfway in and they don't register. One dusting on the device and wiping it off will probably result in scratches. For the price, a cheek.Pro

With a little training, any programme can be operated!
I need it in the MSFS 2024 for speed, heading, altitude and vertical speed and operation of the autopilot as well as for COM1 (incl. preset), NAV1, VOR1 and VOR2 and external lights such as taxi, beacon, landing lights.
The price is only justified for these rudimentary functions, flying in the Vatsim is much more fun!Pro

In Mac not always work
I had some difficulties that the switches work in Mac. I connected my Philip Hue and they don’t work most of the time with the device.

Making the clay tangible
I particularly like the control dials and the option to adjust things. The marketplace from elgato with the AAP's is helpful but there has to be more.
My goal was to be able to adjust different sound sources to each other with the controls and you can do that with the Deck +.Pro

I bought the device for the Goove and Philips Hue lighting. Office and Internet pages as well as key commands, brightness and volume. I haven't finished setting it up yet, but I'm already satisfied. I can recommend it.

Absolutely enthusiastic
I have a Stream Deck mini on my setup for home control such as lights, blinds etc. I also bought a Stream Deck+ which is used for PC functions. Absolutely brilliant. Can be used, linked and set up together without any problems.

Excellent product
My husband bought the 1st one in the house after a lot of research and comparison and this is the 2nd one we have bought (2 gamer PCs) and we are very happy with this product.

The Elgato looks great on the desk and is an eye-catcher.
The illuminated buttons with display look great.
However, configuring the keyboard is not that easy.
You have to allow for a certain amount of training time. Setting up the Spotify client alone took some time. In return, you are spoiled with top remote operation. The current piece of music is displayed on a button. (Dynamic!) Playlists can be started directly, etc. The volume is (of course) controlled via the rotary control.
However, you should know beforehand exactly which applications you want to operate with the Elgato.
The thing is too good just for the volume :-)
