Good product
Very good quality product, with a surprisingly bad suction hose, made of cheap plastics. One has to pay attention not to twist it, or it gets blocked easily. Otherwise it works very well and is quite powerful

Disappointing quality, misleading warranty, useless after-sales service
The parts of the vacuum tube do not fit together and the manufacturer refuses to consider this as being covered by the guarantee. You have to send the appliance back with its original packaging and all its accessories and wait for long weeks without a hoover to MAYBE receive some help. Absolutely useless, disappointing, unfair. Unacceptable lack of professionalism.
