Super second vacuum cleaner
We use the Dreame R10 as a second hoover in addition to our Roborock robot hoover. For this use, it has fulfilled its purpose perfectly so far. The medium suction level is completely sufficient and you can vacuum for about 20-30 minutes. The highest level is 10 minutes. However, the medium level is completely sufficient.
For someone who wants to use the vacuum cleaner as a main vacuum cleaner, I think this is the wrong cordless vacuum cleaner.
As a second vacuum cleaner in combination with a robot vacuum cleaner, it is the perfect combination.Pro

Good hoover
At first we wanted to return this hoover because I noticed that it was not sucking up large particles such as silicate cat litter. Then we discovered a switch at the front and the problem was solved. We have also had a Dyson that gave up the ghost after a year. This Dream hoover is just like the Dyson. Only much cheaper. A clear recommendation to buy! I think Galaxus is the best online shop with excellent customer service and very fast delivery.***** for Galaxus!

Dreame R10
I had an old hoover, too loud, too heavy and unwieldy, but it was still running. Finally, after a long search, I was able to make up my mind. And I'm totally happy and even enjoy vacuuming. It's light (a flyweight compared to the old one), quiet and great to handle. It's very easy to use and the battery life is good too. And a cool colour design to boot. I can only recommend this Dreame R10.

First of all, Digitec/Galaxus customer service is one of the best I've ever had: when there's a problem or if you have any questions, you put in your number and they call you, their agents are very friendly and they take their work seriously. I received the hoover the day after I placed my order.
As for the product, I ordered it after a long search to find the best product for my budget. After trying it out, I'm very pleased with it. The hoover is very powerful, multi-functional, and it has several details that make it very efficient, such as the LEDs to better detect dust on the floor and the button that locks the hoover in operation to free up your hands.Good in itself, unfortunately weak battery

The battery lasts less than 15 minutes and that after only 8 months of use.
Good BUT Can Be Better
It's not too bad. I bought this because the P10 pro is sold out.
This vacuum cleaner works better on carpets than hard flooring (though it's stated irs for both) . I have difficulty vacuuming bigger particles. The 60 minutes battery life span is only for the level 1 suction. Level 2 last probably 20 minutes and level 3, 10 minutes. Generally level 1 can perform well enough for daily basis cleaning.
