Not suitable for seniors
My 90 year old grandpa could not operate the phone. A normal smartphone is easier to use. We have now given him an old one of ours. Too bad am disappointed. Since it is advertised as a seniors mobile phone.

Nullissime, a real rip-off
An absolute rip-off,
I bought it because it only had whatsapp, in order to get away from addictions to screens, social networks and youtube, only whatsapp is UNUSABLE.
Not because it doesn't work, but because it's a web version where even to send a message, you have to move the cursor over the "send" button like on a computer, which is incredibly time-consuming and literally impossible for a senior citizen.
I think it's a real rip-off that there's nothing in the product or in the
documentation or on this digitec site indicates that using whatsapp is very different from using a conventional phone.
Losing 100 quid like that really hurts the c**, to keep it relatively polite.Pro

Not recommended
Since 2 G was switched off I needed a new cell phone. I really just wanted a simple cell phone to make calls without internet etc.. But that doesn't seem to be available anymore, so I bought the Doro 7010. I will return it.

- It works for making calls, but it's too expensive for that.

Keys too small for older people - old user guidance - we are changing to a more comfortable one.
Location doesn't work
The location feature really doesn't work. It vaguely reports a point every few hours when the device is unlocked. In short, if you're relying on it for someone with Alzheimer's or a child, this is not the right device.
The only thing of interest is the emergency button on the back of the device, which calls pre-registered emergency numbers until one answers.Pro

Complicated
I bought the device for my father because he was reluctant to buy a smartphone. However, I find a smartphone much easier to use after a short period of getting used to it.

Poor ergonomics and manufacturer not responding to support emails
Very poor ergonomics for a phone that targets seniors... This phone makes use of frequent switching between the mechanical keyboard, menus driven by the navigation controls and finally a pseudo-mouse that you move with the navigation buttons. The side volume controls are too small. And hopefully a senior citizen will have an easier time with this? Finally, a support portal is supposed to allow you to support your senior citizen... but no way... impossible to register and no response from the support. Buy a normal smartphone that allows you to resize fonts and icons: it will do the job much better and cost less.
