Poor quality and noise
I've bought the Wine Cooler ones.
First delivered wine cooler did not cool at all. It was pretending that it working, but the temperature was same as in the room. So I returned it back.
Second brand new wine cooler was working, but once in 2-3 hours it makes so loud noise for 1-2 minutes, so had to switch it off for better night sleep. Thanks to galaxus a service man was sent to fix the problem at home. The service man changed one fan and left. In 2 hours same noise again. So fix did not help.
So I kindly asked Galaxus to return the wine cooler and refund me the price. So Galaxus organized a pickup for me.
In 2 weeks I received brand new wine cooler (already third delivery)... First 2 weeks quiet... Then again same noise...
So I kindly asked Galaxus again to take it and never send it to me again.
Finally Galaxus agreed to make a credit note for the wine cooler.Pro

I am very disappointed. The appliance does not meet my expectations at all.
Not at all suitable for use in a living room. Much too loud and it leaks liquid and can damage parquet flooring.
I have requested a return from Galaxus.

Delivered defective and have been waiting in vain for 4 weeks for the return.

Still working perfectly.. No complaints and the wine cooler has met all the specifications as sold.
