Incredibly well thought out oven and intuitive operation. Reaches its operating temperature radically fast compared to my old oven. Fries in this oven are sensational! Clear purchase recommendation.

Control panel with touchscreen does not last long and is very expensive as a spare part
I bought two combi steamers/ovens 4 years ago. My tenants are quite satisfied. But after 4 years, the most frequently used touchscreens gave up the ghost. You can replace the control panel yourself with (a lot of) technical flair. However, it costs CHF 566 at Bosch, which was half the purchase price...
I would therefore no longer install these appliances.It's easy to understand the possibilities offered by the oven, and there are many of them.

Top price/performance and range of functions
Price/performance is the focus of this appliance - the Bosch steam cooker can do everything that more expensive appliances can do. The assistant makes food preparation very easy, with additional tips that can be displayed for each dish. The selector ring works perfectly - only the touchscreen operation requires two or three attempts now and then. The included accessories consist of two baking trays, a grid insert, a large steam tray, a small tray and another small steam tray. You can work with it! Unfortunately, our appliance was slightly damaged during transport. It is clearly marked on the box cover that nothing should be stacked on top of the oven - jä nu, Galaxus will fix it. Another downer: only a Schuko plug is included. With adapters in the fitted kitchen, we wobbled the socket on the predecessor - Galaxus will certainly fix this too :-)
