    still waiting for product replacement since January 2024

    The product may be good, unfortunately we are still waiting for a product replacement from the manufacturer since January 2024, have been put off x times..but without action and the blender can no longer be used and continues to gather dust...very sad....

    Blendjet has recalled the product due to a possible defect.

    Blendjet has recalled the product due to a possible defect. They promised to send us a new product, but we never received it. Bad product. I do not recommend buying the product. !!

    Unreliable product, safety alert, unreliable supplier!

    Beware of unreliable products and an unserious company! Following a safety alert about the risk of fire and injury, they asked all purchasers to destroy their equipment! We've been waiting six months for a replacement. Forget about a refund! That's not part of their policy! You have to wait.... On the other hand, when it comes to deleting comments on social networks reflecting consumer dissatisfaction, they don't waste any time!

    No support after recall

    Digitec has informed us that the Blendjet is affected by a recall.
    Unfortunately, after more than 3 months since the device was destroyed, no spare parts have arrived.
    Contact attempts with (support_blendjet2@productsafetymanagement.com)
    were also unsuccessful.
    It is a pity that Digitec only refers to the manufacturer, even though the device was purchased here.
    The round bin would have helped me better.

    Defective product

    I received a recall notice for a defective product from Blendjet and, despite patiently waiting for over three months, I have not yet received a replacement. I understand that the warranty is under Galaxus, but they have directed me to coordinate directly with Blendjet. Unfortunately, my interactions with Blendjet have not yielded a resolution, and I find myself still waiting for a replacement. It is disheartening to find myself in this situation, especially after being hopeful during the three months of communication with Blendjet. I believe in a product's integrity when purchased through a platform like Galaxus, and it is disappointing that they have not taken a more active role in facilitating the refund or replacement process directly.
