Elegant, space saving design packed with features and functions and easy to operate.
Very fast / powerful, will never consider a "low cost" / budget microwave oven again after experiencing the Bauknecht microwave oven's performance.

Max Bauknecht is a beefy guy. Although he is quite narrow and therefore fits well in a corner or a rack, he takes up a lot of space in height and depth. Quite voluminous, at least on the outside. Inside it has room for a usual plate, but a bag of express rice can not be placed upright in it. The walls inside are correspondingly thick.
Max masters several preparation techniques. Whether classic heating via 2.45 GHz radiation up to 700 W, steam cooking with its own insert (cauliflower within 10 minutes, woohoo), grilling with a small grate or crispy "baking" of spring rolls on the crisp plate, it can do a lot.
What I didn't know when I took the pictures: Mr. Bauknecht also emits heat downwards - better not put anything heat-sensitive under it.

Actually, a very good and compact product, there would not be two major shortcomings for us:
- The beeps during operation and the operation of the buttons are so loud that I had woken my wife when I wanted to defrost a bread at 6 o'clock. This despite the fact that she was sleeping in another room and the door was closed. It sounds like one of those beeping alarm clocks.
- The clock is 2min slow in a week. I'd rather not have a clock.
Fortunately, we were able to return it. Now the question is, what are we going to buy instead of this...?!?
