    One of the best mini series

    I think the series is very well made. I like to watch it again and again. Certainly also because I was allowed to take part in the series as an extra when they filmed individual scenes in Switzerland for the last episode. It was interesting to see behind the scenes... Casting, dress rehearsal, new haircut, day of shooting etc.. There was even money for it (150CHF for the shooting day and 25CHF for the haircut) I would do it again immediately ;-)

    If you like watching films about the 2nd World War, you definitely have to see Band of Brothers.

    Unfortunately, the Americans don't do that any more...

    Very good HBO miniseries. It does without striking 'action' and shows mostly the people involved and their reactions to the events. Despite its American origin, the unspeakable exaggeration of heroes was largely dispensed with.
