Good concept, poor implementation
The biggest annoyance with homey is that expensive hardware is installed and paid for that cannot be used because of missing software. This concerns Bluetooth, IR and RF signals. The strategy of homey was probably that the community would then develop the missing software with the available SDK. Apparently, however, the platform is so unusable that this plan did not work. Most of the available apps simply go to the cloud API of the smart device, which makes the built-in hardware completely superfluous. You can then operate the device via the homey app and the only advantage is that I can operate several providers (shelly, xaomi, Philips etc.) with the same app, but in most cases with heavy sacrifices in usability and functionality. That's exactly what I can do with Google Home. The bottom line is that it wasn't worth the money, and I would definitely not buy it again. Great Smarthome central that almost everything Unterstürzt what is on the market. Wes constantly evolving.
Many access options via web or app.
With the flows can be easily created even complicated processes or Reglen etc..
