Im currently using this board with a 3900x in an Ncase M1 and im generally very content with this board: good build quality, excellent IO (7 Type A Usb ports, 2 m.2 slots) and good connectivity.
Now the bad:
This motherboard, as many x570 boards, contains active cooling for the VRM and the chipset. The VRM fan is fine, running at 1200 RPM for any kind of workload and barely audible. The chipset fan on the other hand, located right under the m.2 slot, is horrible:
Under light loads (Browsing the internet etc.) the chipset temperature reads 64°C and the fan responds by ramping up to 4000 rpm.
Under medium to heavy loads the Temperature rises to 68° and the fan speeds to 5000+ rpm.
So anytime except right after startup the motherboard emits a high pitched whine (very audible at 4000 rpm, loud and annoying at 5000+ rpm).
The only way to fix this problem is to increase the gpu, cpu and case fan speeds to such a degree that the chipset temperatures rest at below 60° and the fan at 3000 rpm. (Of course after this "fix" your whole system is probably louder than the chipset fan was in the first place)
On their own website they call their design "Cooling innovation" and claim that their fans are "custom low-noise fans"
Would have expected better after spending 300 bucks.
Ok, rant over, have a nice day :)

nice board technically as well as optically, Bios, NB and SB are easy to configure, OC potential from beginner to crack well exploitable, ARGB not necessary but provides "ambiance", runs stable so far in OC +22% performance

It would be a 10/10 if it weren't for the questionable front panel port which is too small for a few cases???
Otherwise very great

Basically very solid motherboard with pretty much everything you need.
The disadvantages are, except for the fan, for me rather details.
But check if your AIO is really compatible my arctic liquid freezer 2 rev 3 was not. To run the pump header with PWM you have to enable the corresponding option in the bios first.

Actually a very very good X570 board that offers everything the enthusiast would like.
Chipset and VRM are actively cooled with mini-fans, which produce an incredibly annoying sound with extremely high RPM. Especially the chipset fan is not efficient at all and hardly does anything. The BIOS or the Asus software does not allow to control these fans either, so I simply unplugged the chipset fan without noticing a significant temperature difference.
A more conductive 1.5mm thermal pad should lower the chipset temps significantly, and thus reduce the fan speed - that's coming in next for me.
Conclusion: very good board, but annoying chipset cooler

Hardware wise top. Power supply etc. 10/10 points on the Geilometer. I/O is good, 2 M.2 ports are good. Temperature sensor connector is good. RGB connectors are good, um... so just everything is good. I personally like the BIOS too, except for the unnecessary warnings when you want to enter the overtacking menu... you have to accept such a superfluous "disclaimer" every time. Boo. I buy a high-end board for overclocking and have to justify myself every time to AMD/ASUS that I know what I'm doing... Siesorryaberäh.
It gets worse with the ASUS software for the fan control. En riiise guguus. Because of the strange not controllable AIO-(Fan)-Header it gets even worse. One of the cooling components is forced by the BIOS to run at one hundred percent until booting is complete and the software takes over the control. Härt unnecessarily. In addition, you can only select the CPU temperature as the temperature measurement source for the CPU fan header, which my water cooling but actually not interessier, resp. (haha) cold leaves. For the other two headers I can select the water temperature as the basis for the fan curve (which is nice).
But hey, it has RGB... casual.
So for WaKü I would not recommend the board, unless you want to buy a fan controller anyway. But for a simple setup with CPU air cooler and case fans you can probably be happy with the boards.
I had a better experience with the last ASUS board and actually like ASUS, but I'm so annoyed with everything about this board overall that I'd prefer to just give it one star. Objectively, it is a good board, so 4 points.
I will definitely take a closer look at the Gigabyte boards next time.... resp. sadly not the boards, but the software.

the motherboard is great. Asus has gone the extra mile to install the 2nd m2 ssd with a riser pcb not directly on the motherboard.
You can see that the motherboard is incredibly densely packed. More usb ports probably didn't go into the IO shield :)

Excellent motherboard.
However, the EZ Flash feature would have been very useful to avoid having to borrow a processor to be able to update the BIOS to a version supporting the new Ryzen 5000 series.
