Range problems
Bought it for a reduced 450. Returned the next day, don't know if it's faulty (don't think so) but the range according to the app with 99% battery is 24 km instead of the specified 60 km. It also doesn't do 20 km/h on hills. Compared to Vmax or Soflow, it's miles behind.

The Acer app did not work with my scooter but otherwise very good
broken after 2 weeks
I also have a VMAX scooter, which also has 500kw, but I get up the hill like a jet stream. With the acer, my face falls asleep. The motor can never be 500kw. In a direct comparison, acer doesn't stand a chance. This is disappointing as I had hoped for more. Unfortunately, the acer app doesn't work, it can't find my scooter via bluetooth. The riding mode setting was a bit tricky to figure out as the manual comes in many languages, just not in German. Instead of the specified 4 riding modes, I can only find 3 and 2 of them are not usable. The one with the 3 dashes is supposed to be the fastest with a claimed 20km/h, which I also doubt. The scooter is also very heavy, but that makes it robust and stable. Assembly was very quick and easy. I appreciate the hard rubber tyres, as my other scooter occasionally has a flat tyre. Riding with hard rubber tyres takes some getting used to, they are harder on tarmac and of course more slippery on wet roads. So be careful! Delivery was very fast and reliable. I think the look is sleek and there's nothing to complain about. The price-performance ratio is also good. If you live in the mountains, you should keep your hands off it and buy a more powerful scooter. It's ideal for urban use.
