The innovative Elf-Fan-Blade design optimizes cooling performance while minimizing noise levels, which reach a maximum of 30.8 dB. The transparent O-type LED ring creates vibrant rainbow colors and ensures even light distribution. The integrated PWM function allows for precise control of fan speed, while the anti-vibration pads ensure quiet operation.
