The Android Radio R-C12OP2 allows for perfect connectivity between your phone and the head unit. You can install your Android apps directly on the RADICAL media center, stream songs and videos from the web via Wi-Fi, listen to internet radio, or use Spotify. But the R-C12OP2 is not just about smartphones: three USB ports, DAB+ and FM tuners, as well as an extensive Bluetooth system offer you endless infotainment possibilities. If you want to navigate, you can easily unlock the pre-installed navigation package from RADICAL with a separately available license code card or install your preferred navigation app. All R-C12 infotainers come with an integrated Wi-Fi module. You can use your smartphone as a hotspot for mobile internet access and then stream music directly from the web, use apps like Spotify, or listen to internet radio. With the EasyConnection feature, you can mirror the screen content of Android and iOS smartphones via Wi-Fi or USB to the RADICALs and control them directly through the infotainer touchscreens (iOS only allows control via smartphone). The large capacitive displays have a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels and impress with brilliant image reproduction and a high contrast range. The media centers are also optimally equipped for classic infotainment. The integrated DAB+ tuner with station list, MOT slideshow, and DLS text ensures clear digital radio reception. A powerful FM RDS tuner takes care of receiving traditional stations. Three USB ports are available for playing current audio and video formats. Additionally, there are many sound optimization options through features such as the graphical 10-band equalizer and the balance, fader, loudness, and subwoofer settings.
