The R-C12BM1 is a state-of-the-art multimedia system featuring a capacitive 9/22.9 cm TFT display, DAB+ and FM tuner, 3 USB ports, and Bluetooth for A2DP music streaming and telephony. With the integrated Wi-Fi module, you can access the web on the go with this Android car radio, stream songs and videos directly from the internet, use services like Spotify or Deezer, and listen to internet radio. You can also install Android apps directly on the R-C12BM1 infotainer using the APK installer, allowing you to choose all the functions you want to use in your BMW E46. For navigation, you can easily unlock the pre-installed RADICAL navigation package with the separately available license code card R-MAPC10 or install your preferred navigation app. All R-C12 infotainers come with an integrated Wi-Fi module, enabling you to use your smartphone as a hotspot for mobile internet access and stream music directly from the internet, use apps like Spotify, or listen to internet radio. The EasyConnection feature allows you to mirror the screen contents of Android and iOS smartphones via Wi-Fi or USB to the RADICALs and control them directly through the infotainer touchscreens (iOS only supports control via smartphone). The large capacitive displays have a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels, offering brilliant image reproduction and a high contrast range.
