Hello, here is the scope of delivery:
- 1 x ZOTAC AMP! BOX MINI
- 1 x 19V DC power supply (230Watt)
- 1 x power cable
- 1 x 6pin power cable
- 1 x 0.5m Thunderbolt 3 cable
- 1 x user manual

No, it has to be Thunderbolt 3.
Officially, cards up to 200mm in length and 2 slots fit in the case. Power consumption up to 150W.
Unofficially, there is still a bit of room. So up to 205mm is still possible, I think. My card also has 165W and also runs.
To 2) no. You only need a notebook/computer with thunderbild3 connection, the graphics card is installed directly in the box, and the box is connected to the computer via tb3.
According to the manufacturer, GPUs are compatible up to a length of 228mm and a power consumption of 250W. The Quadro p400 is well below that and should not be a problem.

As far as I know, there are egpus with enough space to fit 2 gpus and use them together. But I doubt that you can use 2 separate egpus together. At the moment I can only think of the sonnet echo 3 that goes in this direction and that would only support 2 singleslot gpus and also only has a 300w power supply. I would also personally advise against it, as thunderbolt 3 already limits performance with one gpu, a good gpu in an enclosure would most likely be more efficient.
