which fire safes have an electronic keypad and also a physical key (in case of battery or electronics failure) ? This nformation doesnt seem to be in any of the product descriptions even though some safe manufacturers say on their websites that they have this

There is no key for this safe. However, if the batteries were flat (inside), a 9-volt battery can be pressed onto the bottom (from the outside) of the control panel in order to make the entry. Fortunately I don't know if the electronics will still work after a fire!
